This property is large and spacious, featuring an open-plan living and dining area where your whole family will fit. The lounge, kitchen, and two of the bedrooms offer breathtaking views of Lake Wakatipu, The Remarkables, and the majestic Southern Alps that can't be missed and are guaranteed to make breakfast and dinner spectacular.



The Space:

Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.



Fully equipped for at home cooking, you'll be able to relax here in comfort after days of exploring the Queenstown countryside.



We provide an exceptionally clean home and the highest quality 5-Star hotel grade linen and towels along with high quality memory foam pillows for all beds.



A maximum of 6 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.

Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties.



BEDDING CONFIGURATION

Bedroom 1: King Size Bed

Bedroom 2: 1 Super King Size Bed (can be split into 2 Single Beds)

Bedroom 3: King Size Bed



*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival if you would like Bedroom 2 to have two single beds.. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.



Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

You will have full access to the entire house.
