The Space

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. Ensuite: bath, shower, toilet, vanity, hair dryer. Main bathroom: shower, toilet, vanity, hair dryer.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump and balcony access.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with electric cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, and fridge.

Balcony: Landing/balcony near entrance with small outdoor furniture. A second balcony off the living area accessible via folding doors, with outdoor furniture. Landing/balcony near entrance with small outdoor furniture. Balcony off with dining table — connects to master bedroom.

Parking: No garage access. Please park in the designated bay.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

Guests do not have use of the garage.

Frankton Track: The lakeside Frankton Track runs below the complex and links Queenstown Town Centre and Frankton for walkers and cyclists. The council is currently upgrading the track, with work expected to finish by mid-December 2026. Some sections may be closed or diverted during this time, with a signposted detour along Frankton Road.

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
