Guests access via a secure building and lock box located outside the apartment. The instructions will be sent to you 3 days out from your arrival.

We are available on call between 8am and 9pm during your stay for any issues. Otherwise you will be given complete privacy during your stay.

The apartment is a 5-10 minute walk to the center of Queenstown with the added bonus of having a supermarket and petrol station just across the road

No need for a car as the apartment is a flat easy walk into town. The bus stop is 3-4 minutes away and you can purchase a GO card for $5 on arrival and your bus fare is $2 per trip.
Most activities in Queenstown will have transport included to activities outside the city centre.

Note
- The apartment is up 1 flight of stairs from the carpark/entrance and then there is another flight of stairs to access the apartment. The apartment itself is on one level.
