Discover the ultimate convenience in this modern one bedroom apartment situated in the heart of Queenstown. Less than a 5-minute walk to town, you'll have easy access to all the attractions, restaurants, and entertainment the town has to offer. Recently refurnished to provide a stylish and contemporary living space, this apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. This apartment caters to all your needs, making it an ideal choice for couples or friends.
This space is a private home owned by long term locals, we expect all guests to treat it as their own and adhere to house rules.
We ask that all guests read the listing carefully to ensure it is suitable for their party.
Kitchen and living area: Open plan kitchen and lounge area leading out to a balcony. The lounge area has a comfortable leather sofa with a TV and heat pump to keep you toasty.
The kitchen is fully equipped to self cater throughout your stay. We provide basics to get you started; oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar and cleaning supplies.
Bathrooms One bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine. Towels, toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/body wash) and toilet paper will be supplied.
Sleeping arrangements Prepare to sink into luxurious hotel-spec beds, ensuring a blissful night's sleep. The queen bed is finished with an electric blanket and hotel standard linen.
The living area has a sofa bed which can cater to a third guest for an additional cost.
A cot/highchair can be provided for infants.
Parking Off street parking for one vehicle.
Laundry: A washing machine can be found in the bathroom. A dryer can be found in a separate shared space in the apartment block. This costs $4. You will need 2 x $2 coins. Laundry powder, clothes horse, iron and ironing board are also supplied.
Ski & bike storage A separate shared space in the apartment block can be used for ski and bike storage. We recommend using a bike/ski lock for security.
Surroundings: Amazing location! 5 minute walk to Queenstown CBD. 5 minute walk to the supermarket. 20 minute drive to the airport 20 minute drive to Remarkables ski field access road 15 minute drive to Coronet ski field access road
Public transport: Ubers and taxis are readily available. A bus stop in town can be used to get out to the ski area/different surroundings.
A few external steps in the corridor to access the front door. Walking from the carpark is up a slightly steep hill. Guests can drop off people at reception for a more convenient access. No stairs in the apartment.

Located on a main road just outside the town centre. You can expect some traffic/street noise but the bedroom is located on the opposite side from the main road. General apartment noise from other staying guests is also expected.
Central location. Just a 5 minute stroll to town. Easy parking for one vehicle in the apartment complex.
Although the property is in ‘Whistler apartments’ this is a private unit. The reception facilities do not apply. A lockbox with key is used for check in. Quiet hours apply. # House Rules
