We welcome you to Spring Hill Holiday Units – Unit 4 (Studio), a charming and private retreat in Queenscliff. This cosy and well-appointed space is ideal for couples or solo travellers seeking a peaceful base while exploring the Bellarine Peninsula. This is one of three units available at Spring Hill Holiday Units, each providing a similar inviting and comfortable stay.
Set in a quiet cul-de-sac, the unit is just a short drive from the Bellarine Peninsula’s key attractions including the beaches at Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale, the Queenscliff Marina, the Bellarine Railway, and the region’s acclaimed wineries and farmgate producers. Guests can also enjoy local cafes, shops, and scenic coastal walks, combining relaxation with easy access to nearby experiences.
This converted studio space offers a bright and inviting open plan studio with a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette with kettle, microwave, toaster, electric pan and all essential cooking and dining ware, a private bathroom with walk-in shower, free WiFi, a TV, and heating and cooling. French doors open directly onto a section of the garden marked exclusively for Unit 4 guests, with outdoor furniture, tables and chairs, providing a tranquil spot to enjoy the fresh air. A dedicated parking space is also included.
Sleeping arrangements are as follows (all linen & bathroom towels provided):
Bedroom 1 – Queen bed with wardrobe
Please note the following before booking:
*No on-site laundry* There are no laundry facilities at the property. A public laundromat is located nearby.
*Pet friendly* A maximum of two pets are permitted. The property is not fenced. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused by pets.
*No visitors* Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property at any time. Visitors are not allowed.
*One parking spot per unit* One designated car space is provided per unit. Additional vehicles must be parked off-site, approximately 200 metres from the property.
*All guests are required to complete our verification process, including ID verification and providing a credit card for a security deposit, prior to accessing the property.*
Strict house rules apply and are enforced when reserving this property including no parties, excessive noise or outside guests. By reserving this home all guests agree to adhere to the full guest house rules. Failure to do so may result in penalties such as fines or untimely ejection from the home.
