« Room was excellent and cozy for the both of us. Host was helpful. Provided the necessary instructions for entering the property. It was 2 min away from the Subway Station. Easy access to manhattan via the A train. Stop and shop was close by as we prefer to cook ourselves. Host provided us with a stove, rice cooker and air fryer. Would definitely love to stay again. »

« L’appartement de Nob est conforme à la description. Situé dans une rue calme mais à proximité de magasins et du métro qui va directement à Time Square donc très pratique! Nous étions 5 adultes. Les deux chambres suffisaient et nous avons eu assez d’espace »

« Everything was great and as described. One small suggestion – the floor is slippery coming in the door when it’s rainy out. It might be good to add a mat just inside the door - thanks. »

« Loin de la ville, pas de commerce de qualité, quartier médiocre. Douche froide tous les jours. Très bruyant (on entend les voisins et l’extérieur), lumière toute la nuit dehors sans volet. Pas de machine à café ce qui est le minimum. En compensation, nous avons demandé à partir une heure plus tard et le propriétaire nous l’a refusé. »

« The apartment was clean, cute, and comfortable. It’s a basement unit with a small kitchen, but a spacious living and dining area. The queen-size bed was comfortable, there was good closet space, and having two bathrooms with great showers was a big plus. We felt safe, and the location was ideal—very close to Greenpoint, where we were visiting family daily, which made it perfect for our stay. Subway access is nearby, and while there is an overhead train you can hear at first, we quickly got used...

« Sorry to say we had a bad experience with this stay. The apartment wasn't cleaned properly - the floors were not mopped and extremely sticky (it sounded like walking on Velcro, we ended up buying our own mop to fix it), and worse we found marijuana edibles under one of the beds (not good, especially when you have kids). The bedroom was too cold even when blasting the heat (the living room warmed up ok so the ventilation seemed faulty), and I was surprised to find there were no spare linens and...
