My son and I chose this property specifically because of the hot tub, and before arrival we were told it was checked before and after every stay. We were even warned we could be charged extra if we didn’t shower before using it. Unfortunately, when we arrived after a 6-hour drive, the hot tub was completely cold and not functioning. It was also excessively foamy on the first night, which immediately raised concerns about whether it had actually been properly maintained.The first evening of our trip was spent trying to troubleshoot the tub instead of relaxing. After contacting support, I was instructed to reset breakers and locate a hidden electrical panel, which took over an hour with no success. We were then told someone would come the next day.After a full day of ski racing, we returned hoping it had been fixed. It was still cold. Someone had apparently only added chemicals to reduce the foam, but the hot tub itself still did not work. More time was spent sending photos, troubleshooting, and messaging the property contact instead of enjoying our vacation.It was not until the third day that the property manager suggested refilling the tub myself, which finally resolved the issue after hours of effort on my end during my own vacation.We were repeatedly told someone would contact us afterward regarding compensation for the inconvenience and loss of the main feature we booked for, but despite several follow-ups, nobody ever did.Other issues included overwhelming clean
