« We have stayed at this hotel many times and always appreciate the friendly staff—Kelly, in particular, was especially helpful during our visit. The breakfast was okay, though it feels like the quality has slipped a bit compared to past stays. « It was very quiet. The aesthetics are very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Cool in-room amenitiese such as a t.v. in the mirror which was cool to utilize while bathing. There is a good amount of parking available with easy access to the highway. Its 7 minutes from the Chicago Premium Outlets, 12 minutes from The Fox Valley Mall and nearby several eateries. « The room was clean. We decided to stay an extra night and they were able to keep us in the same room and we were grateful for that. They had cookies when we checked in and cold water. The staff was helpful in directing us to places we needed to go. »
