Residences à Quartier Ouest de San Antonio

« Thanks »

« Looks are deceiving. The lobby, bar and restaurant look really nice but our room was less than desirable. The walls had stains, and the bed was hard as a rock. Once you were on the room floors it didn’t look to be well kept. It was fine for the one night we were there but I would not recommend. At least the sheets and towels were clean and fresh. »

« The floor was extremely dirty, with a significant amount of dirt and grime on the tiles. Our feet turned black just from walking barefoot in the room. The floors clearly need a thorough cleaning. This was disappointing and raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the property. But apart from this the property is very nice. »

« The room was very clean. I would say cleaner than most Hotels. »

« The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. »
