« The welcome wasn't very friendly, and one of the two days we were in darkness and without air conditioning. It was too late to go to another hotel, and at reception a young woman offered a refund. We didn't sleep during the night, and when we left the hotel, a man who appeared to be Indian only asked if everything was arranged regarding our refund, which was a lie. I've sent messages and emails from the hotel without a response; so far, nothing. »
