« I loved that they had dishes and body wash available for use . We got one assigned parking slot . The bed was kind of uncomfortable to sleep on and couch was hard . Furniture should be improved a little more . The rack in our wall was not installed right causing it to fall and dishes broke on the Floor. The lady who let us in was very understanding that we didn’t break anything and she communicated with me very respectfully and order new dishes . She was very nice and they allowed 18 year olds...

« Four adults and only 3 towels provided. Bath and refrigerator were dirty upon arrival. Windows and back door unlocked upon arrival. No soap available at either sink.Also, the water heater was not turned on when we arrived and we didn’t realize that so all of us took cold showers after a long day of moving from Houston to Bryan then San Antonio.The place was accurately described in terms of bedrooms and amenities but I would not stay again or recommend until they do better.It was a good price but...

« Absolutely the most charming little spot on the Riverwalk! Jazz music was playing on the TV as we arrived and everything was clean and readily available. Highly highly recommend! Incredibly good price, and the host was communicative and helpful. A five star stay without question! »

« The house was super cute and very well renovated. Loved all the nice decorative touches. Location was great as we went to an event at the San Pedro Playhouse which was a .2 mile walk. Philo coffee house just up the hill was great for morning coffee. »
