« I booked a stay for a room with complimentary breakfast. We arrived to a hotel under renovation(no discount, just the pardon our mess bs). Then, the blonde front desk attendant tells me breakfast is available, but it’s an additional charge. Never again, Hilton garden inn. »

« The customer service was friendly. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The lobby was cute and smelled nice. Negative points: The breakfast was downright awful. There was little to no options in terms of what to eat. It was self-service with nothing hot.
