This is an old, filthy, junky place. We disliked it so much that after we checked in, we just left and found a Holiday Inn to stay at.

The place had a subdued elegance from century past. The furniture was old but well maintained. The room we stayed in was spacious. We did not have the weekend brunch since we had other breakfast plans - but we walked past the food that was being served and it looked great. We did spend some time in the lounge and had some drinks. The selection of beer was good, and the mixed drinks were done well.
