« The two rooms that i stayed in over my three weeks stay were clean. The entire staff was professional, courteous and friendly. Due to unforseen circumstances i had to extend my stay several times. The customer service of the front desk staff (all shifts) was superb 👏! If i ever have to return to the area i will definitely stay here. I also must mention that the location is conveniently located near to the interstate, shopping and eatery. I also felt safe returning late evenings after all day...

« I have to say the this was one of the most pleasant experiences at a hotel. We just took a quick one night trip to get away to Frankenmuth and stayed in nearby birch run. From the two individuals at the front desk to friendly housekeeping staff to even being greeted by the General Manager at breakfast it was a great stay. »

« Very nice lady working the breakfast room. Clean room. Hotel currently in the process of renovation, not quiet done yet. Will be very nice once completed. »

« The breakfast was average. I always like a pot of oatmeal instead of packets. Only one yogurt and it was strawberry which I can’t have. No bananas. Starbucks was close by so not a big deal. The room was clean. The pillows and sheets were comfy. »
