Quaint basement apartment on working horse farm.

Nestled in the small farm community of Linwood, this cozy apartment is a unique retreat. Views of fields, horses, gardens, and probably visits from our free range chickens, ducks, and turkeys! Inside is a full kitchen and bath, a comfortable queen bed, a lounge area with an electric fireplace, desk, and a fabulous view from the many windows. The living room has a Roku TV and comfy couch. Outside on the patio area is a picnic table, a variety of seating, grill, and an outdoor shower for the warmer months. The path down to the apartment is fieldstone so have on appropriate footwear! We are located 40 minutes from Rochester, 30 minutes to Letchworth State Park, 10 minutes to the Genesee Country Museum, 20 minutes to Geneseo which is the home of SUNY Geneseo and the Genesee Valley Hunt. Guests who are in the area to fox hunt may board their horse here by special arrangement.
