"La Clim dans la chambre ne marche pas. Il fait toujours 19 degrés même quand on change pour 23 degrés. On a demandé une couette extra, on l’a reçu 1 heure plus tard. La chasse d’eau fuyait par le bouton lors de l’appuie. La chambre était toujours humide et cela ne sentait pas bon dans la salle de bain. La nuit on ne peut pas laisser la fenêtre de la chambre ouverte car il y a les groupes froid dehors de tout l’hôtel qui font un bruit énorme. Par contre le petit déjeuné était excellent, nous avons fait une remarque et le lendemain ils nous on apporté ce que nous avions noté. La piscine c’est compliqué de trouver une place, il faut y aller tôt. Il y a une autre piscine en toiture mais il faut payer un supplément de 50€ par personne mais utilisable pour manger heureusement. Le personnel est très serviable. Pour moi ce n’est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles."
