« I checked in to two fully wet rooms - almost flipped in the floor and had to clean everything. The ac didn’t work. The dishwasher was broken inside without all the pieces. The shower flooded twice. Not enough towels. The place had bad maintenance. Too bad cause the location is great but the place is not well kept. Very expensive for the bad state it’s in. »

"​A very contrasting stay for a 4-star establishment. ​ The Pros: Excellent responsiveness following a lighting issue (immediate room change) and a much-appreciated commercial gesture (free breakfast offered). The welcome from the female receptionist on the afternoon of the 22nd was excellent. ​The Cons: ​Mediocre cleanliness: I found a hair on the duvet in the first room. In the second room, the bathtub was dirty with stagnant water residue, which I had to scrub myself before using. ​Customer Service (Dec 23rd): The attitude of the male receptionist on duty the morning of my departure was deplorable. I asked for assistance with the luggage storage, but his reception was icy. Despite my greetings and repeated thanks, he remained completely silent and unfriendly. Such a lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable."
