Magnificent three-story villa just minutes away from the beach and the best surf spots in Santa Teresa! This home offers a luxurious and comfortable setting, ideal for a group looking for an unforgettable vacation. Casa Agave faces "La Lora," the most renowned beach in Santa Teresa and the best surf spot in town. If you're not an experienced surfer and prefer to relax, there are more tranquil waters and natural pools just a stroll away along the sandy beach. The villa is just minutes away from downtown Santa Teresa with restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, boutiques, supermarkets, and other services.

MAIN LEVEL
The entrance level of the house features spacious and elegant areas – a living room, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a half bathroom. This level opens to the spectacular terrace where you get a panoramic ocean view and can hear the waves crashing and birds singing. The outdoor area features a private pool, sunchairs, a BBQ area, a dining table, and comfortable loungers for relaxing.

UPPER LEVEL
On the upper level, you’ll find four master bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed and a private bathroom. Each room has breathtaking views of the ocean, so all guests can wake up to the sound of waves and enjoy the beautiful views. Every room has ample closet space, a desk for working, and chairs to read or relax. All bedrooms have AC and room darkening shades for comfortable sleep. Each room has a trundle bed designed primarily for children. This setup is perfect for families, allowing up to three people to stay comfortably in one room. While adults can choose to use the trundle beds, it’s important to note that they are intended mainly for kids.

LOWER LEVEL
On the lower level, you’ll find the fifth bedroom with a king-size bed, a bunk bed, an en-suite bathroom, and its own private balcony. This room also has breathtaking views of the ocean and jungle and is equipped with closet space, AC, and room-darkening shades. Additionally, the lower level features a convenient storage room, ideal for guests to store luggage and other items they prefer not to keep in their main rooms. You will also find a kitchenette, a service bathroom, and a laundry room on this level.

OUTDOOR AREA
At the property entrance, you'll find a convenient outdoor shower to refresh after a day at the beach, as well as a parking area with space for up to five vehicles.

At the main entrance of Maramar Eco Community, you will encounter a security guard who will request your information. This is to ensure proper access control to the gated community. The guard will ask for your full name and passport or ID. Having these documents ready will expedite the check-in process.

We will then meet you either at the house or, if you prefer, downstairs with the security guards during your check-in to address any questions you may have. We are also always available on the phone.

Please note that there is no air conditioning on the middle floor as this area is designed to remain fully open and benefits from a constant refreshing breeze. Also, please be careful not to lean over the edges of the pool or terrace, and do not stand or walk on the edges of the infinity pool, it is slippery! Please remember that we are in tropical Costa Rica, which means you might encounter some typical local insects, such as ants, crickets, or butterflies, which are part of the charming local ecosystem.

Additionally, there is a construction project next door. While it does not obstruct our views, and the noisiest part of the work has already been completed, any disturbance should be minimal.
