« Robert and Whit were incredibly kind hosts and offered great suggestions to make our stay most enjoyable. The restaurants they recommended did not disappoint! « Stunning location on clifftop with 120 ocean view, 24/7 surf sounds. Quiet, full morning birdsong; helpful caretaker. Difficult to access; beautiful, rustic, one-of-a-kind cabin has small kitchen and detached, hot-water shower. A relic of Montezuma's early years, without the recent, "international style." »

« The property is a casita (mother-in-law apartment) within the gated property of the host. They have an additional rental. I liked that we were living like the locals do. The Casita is simple with a fantastic balcony. The hosts were wonderful although only the husband speaks English so communication once there was challenging. « Très bel endroit proche de la mer. La maison est très bien. Seul bémol, il y a des animaux dans les murs de la chambre qui font du bruit la nuit. Pour les dormeurs sensibles, il faut des bouchons dans les oreilles pour ne pas entendre les bruits. On ne sait pas quels sont les animaux dans le mur (lézard, chauffe-souris ???) on comprend qu'au Costa Rica, il y a des animaux et que ce n'est pas simple d'empêcher ceux-ci de faire leur nid ! Mais ce serait super d'empêcher ceux-ci de loger avec nous!...

« Le site est fabuleux ! La plage est entretenue quotidiennement par un jardinier très serviable et sympathique ! Il y a des visites de groupes de singes capucins quasi quotidiennement, et nous avons eu la chance d’avoir des paresseux sur la propriété même ! Le confort est au rdv et il y a un bon resto et une épicerie à distance de marche! Les vagues sont magnifiques! La maison très confortable! »

« Mike and Elizabeth's home exceeded all of our expectation. The house itself was well appointed and comfortable. The AC was cold the view of the coastline breathtaking and who doesn't like to have monkeys in your back yard. The house sits on a quiet mountaintop which is easily accessible. Mike has created a jungle paradise with well maintained trial that he is happy to show you. They both could not be more welcoming and his knowledge of the areas flora and fauna is amazing. « Host was very responsive. Waze and Maps took us on a long rocky road to get there. Host provided Better directions after we arrived. Very plain Jane. Could have used instructions for shower hot water, propane stove, and washing machine. Also wished for a couple of comfortable patio chairs. Hammocks were nice. »
