PLEASE NOTE if you plan to bring a pet it needs to be disclosed, there is a $75 pet fee, if you are found to have a non-disclosed pet you will be asked to leave.

This is charged outside of the platform so you don't incur platform fees as well. This needs to be disclosed, anyone found to have a pet not disclosed will be cancelled and removed from the property

★ NO SMOKING ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home or on the Lanai! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning fee of $250.00
