We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. And our home is suitable for accommodating them. However, we do require APPROVAL FIRST and charge a NON REFUNDABLE $75 pet fee. This Can be charged outside of the platform so you don't incur platform fees as well. This needs to be disclosed, anyone found to have a pet not disclosed will be cancelled and removed from the property
