Enjoying the sunshine and water as much as you desire. There are two bikes available for your use as well! Easily ride bikes to downtown Punta Gorda.

     This home is beautifully renovated and decorated with you in mind. As you enter the home, your eyes are immediately drawn to the sparkling blue water of the pool and canal.       Boat Lift:

     The boat lift is available for usage UNTIL JULY 2022. THE BOAT LIFT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR STAYS AFTER JULY 2022. Feel free to use the dock for your own boat or fishing. 

      Pool heat is an additional cost will charge PLUS TAX. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on. This is a salt-water pool.

The pool faces West for gorgeous sunset views.

      Garage: Owner car is parked in the garage, garage not usable for guests.

      No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.

      BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
