Stunning Waterfront-canal home minutes from Charlotte Harbor, Saltwater Pool!
WELCOME TO PUNTA GORDA ISLES This sun-soaked ranch with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 half bath, large open-concept living-kitchen-dining spaces is perfect for gathering with family and friends. Gorgeous lanai overlooks a gulf-access canal basin and you are just minutes out to Charlotte Harbor by boat and just a 30 minute boat ride to Boca Grande. Dressed with stone, a heated inground salt water pool (electric heater), and spa area within the pool to relax and enjoy, this picture-perfect outdoor space feels like your own personal resort! See fish daily, the occasional manatee or turtle right off the dock. Enjoy easy outdoor dining with covered lanai seating, a nice-sized propane gas grill, and outdoor countertop with sink and small refrigerator! After dinner, walk down to the waterfront, an oversized dock to enjoy drinks and picture-perfect sunsets. Backyard also features fenced in area for kiddos to play, which can easily be seen while sitting in the lanai or on the dock. Extra seating patio just outside the lanai to really be able to soak up the sun. You’ll want to spend every minute outside basking in the sun, playing in the pool, and making new memories. Conveniently located near the Fisherman’s Village (5–7-minute drive, or lovely 20–30-minute walk) or travel by boat from the dock area. Fisherman’s Village is a magical destination of this own, where you can get coffee, ice cream, go shopping, and dine at one of the 5+ restaurants. Live entertainment is offered frequently in Fisherman’s Village and features a nice white sand beach to watch the sunset. Boat and jet ski rentals just near the home or book a charter fishing excursion on the gulf and our guide picks you up in the morning from the dock of our home. Downtown Punta Gorda also features many restaurants and shopping experiences, it’s like a hallmark town! All of this with in minutes of our home.

GUEST COUNT, MAXIMUMS & DEPOSITS: Although we physically have “beds for 13-15 bodies,” generally we can only accommodate 8 adults; and not all combinations of over 11 guests will make sense due to the types and locations of beds and the layout of the three bathrooms. We do not allow temporary beds or air mattresses to be used to increase guest count; and couches cannot be counted as beds to increase guest count. Please inquire with hosts to discuss your guest list before submitting a booking request. We reserve the right to request an additional, but refundable, Security Deposit of $500 to $1500+, based on guest count and group composition. 🗣 RESPONSIVENESS REQUEST: After submitting an inquiry or booking request, please monitor your inbox. We generally have a series of follow-up questions to assure everyone will have an excellent and safe time at our home. AWESOME AMENITIES: - WiFi Network, High Speed 1000mb Service - Large 70” TV w/Cable service in the main room with ultimate surround sound system - Large TV’s with streaming access in 2 adult bedrooms - Large TV with streaming access in Lanai pool area - Sonos sounds system in each room bedroom, lanai pool area and main living area, which you can connect to via Bluetooth on your phone and play the music you love. - Ring video doorbell in front - Outdoor security camera in rear (lanai, pool, dock, side of the home and garage) - Fully equipped kitchen with many extra appliances - Outdoor wet bar/prep area and small refrigerator - Two sets of golf clubs in the garage - Coolers, chairs and beach toys for going to the beach - Two yoga mats for yoga anytime of the day - Monitor on the desk with HDMI hook up TEXTILE AMENITIES: - 12 beach/pool towels - 12 bathroom/shower towels - 12 washcloths - 6 kitchen towels - Waterproof mattress protector on each bed - Bedding/sheets for each room, washed for each visit - Sofa sleeper sheets, located in mermaid queen bed closet POOL USE & RULES: Electric heater (set to 82*F) runs from 11am-6pm daily. An insulated solar cover must be used nightly to maintain overnight temperature, reduce evaporation, and add extra heat (upwards of 90*) when left on overnight and through the sunny morning hours. General pool rules include: - GUESTS TO ADD WATER REGULARLY - NO DIVING - only 6’ depth - NO FOOD IN POOL - NO GLASS IN POOL - NO GLASS IN LANAI AREA - NO SUITS OR TOYS THAT HAVE BEED USED IN THE OCEAN WITHOUT FIRST BEING WASHED WITH SOAP DOCK/WATERFRONT USE & RULES The boat (in pictures) is not available for use or rent. We do allow boats (rental or owned) to be parked at or tied to our dock. A charter can pick up and drop off at the dock. The fee for a boat on to be parked and tied up to the dock is $400 per week. Great waterfront area for drinks and sunsets. Fishing can be good off the dock, please see DNR for licensing and species/safety info.
ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PLAN FEE: $79 Fee added to all bookings for accidental damage protection, as offered by VRBO and through CSA Travel Plans. If any item or appliance breaks during your stay, this policy reimburses the owner for repair or replacement costs, up-to $3000. Please notify host of any damaged or broken items before check-out. As noted under “guest count” an additional refundable security deposit may also be requested.
CLEANING SERVICE FEE: $495 per stay, charged at booking. ELECTRICAL USAGE: We typically do not charge an electrical usage deposit; however, we will communicate with renters via VRBO for any days flagged by the Electric Co as “high usage” days so that adjustments can be made. Our typical occupied kWh usage daily is 60-80; we get alerted for any days over 90kWh. The leading cause is turning the A/C too low (it is set at 72*) and/or leaving windows and doors open with the A/C running.
WELCOME GUIDE: The week before check-in, you’ll get an email and/or text from Touch Stay with our Welcome Guide. This has reminder info regarding rental rules as well as maintenance items.
CHECK-OUT CHECKLIST: We ask that upon checkout, you: (1) strip all beds, leave stripped sheets on each bed. (2) empty fridge/pantry of any perishable items, using the outdoor trash bins (not the sink.) (3) place all used towels in the laundry room. You may opt to start/finish a load or two of towels to help the cleaning crew get a head start. (4) Take trash and recycling to street on Monday nights for Tuesday pickup (5) Second trash only day is Friday, so take trash Thursday night for a Friday pick up

We loved staying at this property. Everything about our stay was flawless. Our host was excellent and always available. Thank you! The property was updated, tastefully decorated, and well maintained. An absolute piece of the good life.
An amazing home & property, very well decorated, and no expenses were spared when it came to ensuring the guest was cared for.
Between the spacious / comfortable rooms, walk in showers, heated saltwater pool and walks through the stunning neighborhood we really didn't want to leave.
Owner / Manager Pat was very responsive and helpful as be we needed.
We travel often, always using Short Term Rentals and this one takes the cake thus far!

The house is immaculate!

Love sitting by the pool looking out on the water, saw some manatees in the channel!
The boys enjoyed movies in the evening with

We don’t miss church on
Sundays, and there was a lot of options there too!
We enjoy the fishing!! so close to the ocean less than five minutes through the channel and you are out on the ocean!

The owners Patrick & Marla are out of state and had no idea the condition of this expensive house. We had rotten egg smell throughout the house for the first 2 days and no hot water. The plumber was underfoot fixing everything on Monday & Tuesday so he had to turn the water off. we arrived on Saturday. We had even thought of getting a motel the first night the smell was overwhelming but with 10 people and 2 toddlers that was not going to happen. The owner acted like it wasn't their fault that this had happened. They hadn't this house for 3 months and didnt drain the water tank and expected a non existing neighbor to do it. The garbage was already full when we arrived, the dishwasher didn't clean, the kitchen faucet handle didn't work properly and the pool was at 64 degrees!! It took 2 days to warm up and it was supposed to be at 84 degrees when we arrived. The owners did not care and did not want to compensate for those miserble 2 days. We traveled as a family 3,000 miles to a nightmare. I have screenshots of our conversations with the owner.
