The condominium has internal regulations that will be shared prior to your arrival and explained during check-in. In the event of non-compliance, the condominium administration may apply the corresponding penalties. These measures are entirely beyond our management and responsibility.

There is a $100 MXN fee per wristband for guests over 10 years old at check-in.

Bolongo is a 100% family-oriented condominium. The purpose of these rules is to ensure a safe, respectful, and harmonious environment for everyone. We kindly remind all guests of the importance of following these regulations to protect the well-being of our community and maintain our high standard of living.

# GUESTS AND VISITORS

1. **Maximum Occupancy:** A maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is permitted. Management reserves the right to restrict access to units exceeding this limit.

2. **Pets:** Pets are not allowed.

3. **Check-in:** All renters and guests must register upon arrival and sign the condominium regulations. If arriving outside reception hours, registration must be completed first thing the following morning.

4. **Wristbands:** Guests are required to wear the wristband provided during registration. The cost is **$100 MXN per wristband**.

5. **Visitors:** Renters and guests are not permitted to receive additional visitors under any circumstances.

# POOL, COMMON AREAS, AND BEACH

1. **Pool Hours:** 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Guests must comply with all pool area regulations.

2. **Use at Own Risk:** Use of the pools and ocean access is at the user`s own risk. The property does not provide lifeguard services.

3. **Authorized Towels:** Only towels approved by management are permitted.

4. **Sound Equipment:** Speakers and sound systems are prohibited in common areas.

5. **Glass Containers:** Glassware and glass containers are not permitted in the pools, common areas, or on the beach.

6. **Disposable Plates and Cups:** Not permitted.

7. **Furniture Use:** Reserving lounge chairs, tables, or chairs is prohibited. Authorized staff may remove unattended items from common areas.

8. **Pool Entry:** Guests must rinse off sand before entering the pool by using the beach club showers.

9. **Pool Restrictions:** Smoking, eating, and drinking inside the pool are prohibited.

10. **Alcohol and Drugs:** The use of illegal drugs or toxic substances is strictly prohibited anywhere within the development. Individuals who are visibly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs may be removed by security personnel.

11. **Coolers:** Coolers are only permitted in **Phase 1 pools** and the **beach area**, provided they are made of hard plastic.

* Styrofoam coolers and disposable coolers are prohibited.
* Coolers are not allowed in **Beach Pools, Phase 2 Pools, or the Rooftop Pool Area**.

12. **Inflatables:** Only small inflatables that do not obstruct or endanger other guests are permitted.

13. **Swim Diapers:** Required for children under 3 years old.

14. **Bonfires and Fireworks:** Strictly prohibited in all common areas, especially on the beach.

15. **Tree Protection:** Damaging beach trees is prohibited.

**Warning:** Fruit from the Manzanilla tree is poisonous. Avoid touching or consuming it.

16. **Boats and Watercraft:** Boats may not be beached. They must remain anchored at least 100 meters from shore. Fuel handling and mechanical work are prohibited in the area.

17. **Children Supervision:** Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

18. **Diving and Rough Play:** Not permitted in the pool.

19. **Dress Code:** Proper swimwear is required. Underwear and nudity are prohibited.

20. **Professional Cameras and Drones:** The use of professional filming equipment and drones requires prior authorization from management.

# PRIVATE UNITS

1. **Quiet Hours:** 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

2. **Unit Responsibility:** Each owner or property manager is responsible for handling any questions or issues related to their unit.

3. **Hanging Items:** Hanging clothes, towels, or other items from balconies or terraces is prohibited.

4. **Parties and Events:** Private parties and events are not allowed within units or common areas. Only community events organized by management are permitted.

5. **Live Music:** Live music is prohibited throughout the condominium unless specifically authorized by management.

6. **Parking:** Each vehicle must remain in its assigned parking space.

7. **Hazardous Materials:** Storing dangerous fuels or hazardous materials is prohibited.

# TRASH DISPOSAL

1. **Trash Disposal:** Trash may not be left in hallways. Use the designated containers located on the `Garden` and `Zero` parking levels.

2. **Cigarette Butts:** Disposing of cigarette butts on lawns or the beach is prohibited.

3. **User Responsibility:** Guests must leave all common areas clean.

# SECURITY ESCORTS AND DRIVERS

1. **Prior Authorization:** Security escorts and drivers require prior authorization for entry.

2. **Common Areas:** They may not remain in common areas.

3. **Weapons:** Displaying weapons within the condominium is prohibited.

4. **Conduct:** They must act discreetly and comply with all regulations.

5. **Owner Responsibility:** The owner is responsible for the conduct of their personnel.

6. **Discretion:** Maximum discretion is required at all times.

1. **Responsibility:** Use of the gym is at the user`s own risk.

2. **Hours:** 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

3. **Cleaning:** Equipment must be cleaned after each use.

4. **Towel and Mat:** Entry is permitted only with a personal towel and exercise mat.

5. **Minimum Age:** Guests under 16 years old are not permitted.

6. **Equipment Removal:** Removing equipment from the gym is prohibited.

7. **Equipment Organization:** Return all weights and equipment to their designated places after use.

# STAFF AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

1. **Registration Required:** All service personnel and vendors must be registered by the owner or property manager.

2. **Service Entrance:** Identification must be presented upon entry.

5. **Dress Code:** Swimwear is not permitted.

6. **Work Environment:** Respect and quiet must be maintained.

7. **Device Use:** Audio devices may only be used with headphones.

8. **Responsibility:** Users must follow all rules and are responsible for any damage caused.

9. **Smoking:** Smoking is prohibited.

10. **Cleanliness:** Areas must be left clean and organized.

The speed limit within the condominium is:

# PENALTIES

Any violation of these regulations may result in a fine according to the penalty schedule approved by the Extraordinary Assembly of 2025.

If the violation is committed by tenants, guests, visitors, or family members, the owner of the corresponding unit will be fully responsible for payment of the fine and any resulting consequences.

Bolongo is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal belongings, property damage, accidents, injuries, vehicle damage, or similar incidents occurring anywhere within the development, including private units, parking areas, pools, beach club, and common areas.
