Getting Around



Uber is widely available and affordable throughout Punta Cana. While many attractions are just a short drive away, having a rental car can make it even easier to explore the area at your own pace.



Guest Access:

You’ll have the whole property available to you and full access to the entire apartment. The only locked areas are one side of the guest bedroom closet and the cabinet under the kitchen sink. These are reserved for storing cleaning supplies, linens, towels, and maintenance items to help keep the space fresh and well stocked for your stay.

⚡ Electricity Policy – Finelight Stays



Electricity costs in Punta Cana are high due to frequent air conditioning use.



To keep rates fair, Finelight Stays includes $10 USD per day in electricity usage, which is typically sufficient with responsible use.



Meter readings are taken at check-in and checkout to track consumption. If usage exceeds the included allowance, the additional amount will be charged at the local electricity rate of 20.29 Dominican pesos per kWh and requested through Airbnb after checkout.



💡 Tip: Turning off A/C and lights when leaving the apartment will usually keep you within the included limit.
