The apartment is in a very comfortable residential area, at night when you turn on the lights in the common area an ideal environment is achieved, you will have access to the gym and the common areas of the residential.

The ideal location, close to bars and restaurants, as access by private car, taxi or uber service. Walking is comfortable and safe in the area, a minimarket is very close so you can buy quick things that you need, the nearest supermarket is 10 minutes away by car.
Guest access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guest and our staff will always be attentive to help you by phone and if you require a visit, by appointment.

The amenities of the property such as swimming pool, barbecue, gym, are available during the hours defined by the residential, so when you arrive, you can check the rules to learn a little more about them.

Air conditioning is the equipment that consumes the most electricity inside the apartment, in this sense we send a list of electricity consumption considering a normal use of said equipment:

• 1 room $5 to $10 dollars per day.
• 2 rooms $8 to $15 dollars per day.
• 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day.

We will request a cash deposit that will vary between USD 50 and USD 200 upon arrival, depending on the number of nights reserved.
