Vous recherchez la location de vacances idéale? Ça y est ...! Situé au coeur de la ville touristique d'El Cortecito (coup de cœur de Punta Cana). Pas besoin d'apporter autre chose que vos vêtements et effets personnels.
Plus de 1200 pieds carrés intérieurs (112, 5 m) comprenant 2 chambres spacieuses, 2 salles de bain complètes, sur 2 niveaux (loft), complète avec 1 grand balcon et 1 grande terrasse sur le toit (pieds carrés supplémentaires), mobilier d'extérieur , barbecue à gaz: Plus laveuse / sécheuse, un coffre-fort, un distributeur de refroidisseur d'eau, des jeux, des dvds, un système wii, des planches de bodyboard, une glacière et un chariot de plage.
C'est notre maison loin de chez nous. Nous avons pensé à tout pour notre famille et la vôtre. Il y a deux chambres. Le maître a des plafonds voûtés, sa propre salle de bain, une télévision et s'attache à l'un des deux grands balcons. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen, sa propre télévision avec lecteur DVD et système Wi-Fi, des plafonds voûtés et est située à côté de la deuxième salle de bain. La salle familiale a une grande section avec un double gigogne, un immense centre de divertissement construit sur mesure, un lecteur DVD et une grande télévision de 42 '. L'escalier en colimaçon vous emmène au grenier qui a une causeuse gigogne et mène à la terrasse sur le toit. La cuisine pleine grandeur est entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils (grands et petits) auxquels vous pouvez penser. Il comprend également un dock cd / stéréo / ipod sous l'armoire. Les serviettes de bain et de plage sont fournies. Un pack 'n play est disponible pour les nourrissons.
Playa Turquesa a 24 heures de sécurité sur la rue et la plage, un beau hall, des ascenseurs dans chaque bâtiment, 2 grandes piscines (1 avec un bar swim-up et une salle de bain dans chaque piscine), 2 piscines pour enfants et sa propre plage privée sur la célèbre Bavaro Beach (avec beaucoup de zones ombragées).
La ville de Cortecito (Punta Cana) est considérée comme l'une des destinations touristiques les plus sûres et les plus conviviales au monde! La place voisine (2 min à pied) propose une boulangerie, une épicerie, une pharmacie, un vétérinaire / animalerie, un tapis de blanchisserie, un spa (massages, cheveux, ongles, etc.), un bar sportif avec billard et plusieurs restaurants.
Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est à 5 à 15 minutes à pied. AUCUNE VOITURE REQUISE! Animations jour et nuit pour tous les goûts et tous les âges à proximité.
Le centre commercial Palma Real, qui abrite HARD ROCK CAFE, TONY ROMA: et plusieurs autres magasins de marques internationales, est à seulement 5 minutes en voiture et en face du Cocotal Golf and Country Club - un parcours de golf de championnat.
Le centre commercial de San Juan abrite de très grandes (et épiceries moins chères) Pola, Starbucks, une salle de cinéma (sous-titres anglais avec espagnol), Noah Restaurant, Haagan Daz et des magasins spécialisés
Un dépôt de garantie de 500 $ enregistre vos dates. Des frais de ménage de fin de séjour de 85 $ sont déduits du dépôt de garantie.

Staff was friendly but unfortunately the A/C unit was out for the majority of our trip and the host did little to make it right. We spent several hours cleaning and dealing with the heat rather than enjoying our vacation.

Excellent condo with everything that was advertised. If you are a light sleeper just be aware that you are located beside the restaurants/bars which is charming but the live music until 11pm every single night can be a lot if you want an early night, especially if you want the windows open and the sea breeze. In other words to avoid costly air conditioning over payments.

My Birthday at Playa Turquesa
The property was great, clean, and all inclusive of everything advertised. Theresa the owner is very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the area and customs. Also, Liz the property manager was really nice, organized, and helpful. Theresa and Liz arranged our transportation to and from the airport with Reyes, very nice and prompt. Caren organized several of our excursions. The area is very walkable, lots of restaurants, stores, bars and very friendly people. We had a blast. Thank you

Return guest - wonderful property
This is the second year my family and I have stayed at this condo. I can’t say enough good things about it. Has everything we need, perfect location to walk to a small grocery store and many restaurants. The private beach is not crowded and the new tiki umbrellas on the beach were a great addition this year. You can walk on the beach to food and shops as well as sign up for excursions (Tony is the best!). The bar/food on property at the beach is very fresh and good. Theresa is always very responsive and the property manager Liz took care of everything we needed.

Wonderful
The property, location and beach are amazing. It was nice to stay at this location and be able to experience the life and culture of the area. We have a family of 7 and walked around town and always felt safe and welcomed. There are plenty of dining options for everyone and there were a couple places that were our go to for Gluten Free options that were safe.
The only thing that I would change is the music at night. The building is next to the lively street and the bars and restaurants play music loud late into the middle of the night.
The beach is amazing. The pools were nice. The restaurant on the beach was a good go-to for quick drinks for our family. All-in-all we couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Tropical paradise
I vacationed with my family and this place was perfect! The condo overlooked the pool and just a shower walk to the second pool and beach. The beach was stunning. We found lounge chairs in the morning with some shading of the palm trees and were steps away from the beach restaurant with such fresh food and the drinks were all made from fresh fruit. Heh you walk out of the condo, there are SO many restaurants to choose from with outdoor seating and all the food we had was very good, and again so fresh. Everyone we met was friendly. The guards and staff at the beach knew us by the time we left. And my kids loved learning new Spanish words from them and telling them about where we lived. Going outside of the condo complex also felt like you were enjoying the culture of the island.

Charged extra for electricity. Noise outside until 3 to 4 am each night.
We arrived to a hot and NOT impressive place. Do NOT count on the loft bedroom. Hot up there. Pool and seaside bar was fabulous. People that work there were so nice and we enjoyed our beach time. But boats around the barrier floaties at beach, keep pollution stirred up in the swim area. Sand was nice. The wood beach lounge chairs and umbrellas were available and comfy. Walk down the beach includes tons of seaweed at the water line. They have a tractor guy out there that is available to push away seaweed at our beach, but on down the beach, it was a problem. But we came, we saw, we left. Felt like we were charged tourist rate at restaurants. People were pleasant, tho.

Hidden Gem
Our family rented this condo for a week starting 07/02/17. It sits a short walk away from the beach but close to its own pool. We were near the Bam Market for alcohol and groceries etc. Right outside the 24 hour guarded gate are many restaurants, pastry shops, a cigar shop, and of course smoothie huts that serve delicious and healthy drinks. Plenty of friendly moped drivers are nearby for easy and affordable lifts. There are some close by bars that serve awesome food and drinks. With our air conditioner on and a fan blowing, we did not hear the nearby entertainment-music as bad as some others have posted. The owners of this condo were fantastic to work with and the decor shows that they really care about their condo. We washed and dried our clothes in this condo as well. When we boarded our plane back to the U.S., we felt like we were truly leaving paradise!!!

Great winter-time escape to tropical warmth!!
The condo worked very well for a winter-time escape to the tropical warmth; the unit’s layout was great for cooking, dining, and relaxing; its kitchen appliances are modern and seem to be quite new in a convenient layout. The property has a terrific crew of on-site private security to ensure the safety of all its residents, staffed 24/7. The buildings are well located right at Bavaro Beach with its many on-site / nearby attractions and water-oriented tours, as well as a nice little café right at the beach. Also, there are many small shops and restaurants in the surrounding streets, including supermarkets, pharmacies, and gift/souvenir shops – and a nice cigar specialty shop directly across the street from the facility entrance.
Further from the condo facility, but within a few-minutes’ drive are even more restaurants (try “Jellyfish”) and shopping (Downtown Mall w/ the “Jumbo” mega department store). And just a little further is the “Supermercado Olé”, similar to Jumbo but with some variety in goods for sale. A little further will get you to the “Indigenous Eyes Ecological Park”, offering a serene path and a few pools for swimming – great for a half-day nature stroll.
All-in-all, this is a great condo for a tropical vacation – comfortable and convenient. By the way, I rented a car but didn’t really need it – airport transfers would have got me to the condo and back to the airport. Many activities are available right at the facility and all the tour operators all offer free pick-up and return. I’ll save that expense next time at this excellent condo, which I hope will be soon!

Booked at short notice, great greeting exceptionally clean and well equipped . Liz is a fantastic guest manager. We had a little Maintenance issue that was rectified immediately and professionally.
We are extremely satisfied.
The complex is a great location clean and tidy excellent pools and only 1 minute walk from the beach if that!
Shops are close by as are many eateries.
Communication is also amazing by both the host and property management (Liz and her husband).

Just what the doctor ordered...
If you are looking for a sun drenched, relaxing vacation, then this is the place or you. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment has all the conveniences of condo resort living with all the restaurant and beach amenities within a very short walking distance. We spent 10 days at Playa Turquesa with the majority of our time having the large pools to ourselves and enjoying an uncrowded beachfront with lounge chairs of our choosing. The property is guared with 24 hr security and we felt very comfortable walking about. Please note, beach solicitations for various island tours and beach services are a daily occurrence. However, if you politely decline their solicitations, you will be left alone. There is an active nightlife/ bar scene around the property and the area has a wonderful mix of international tourists. We decided to take a more laid-back, relaxing vacation and truly enjoyed ourselves. US dollars as well as DR pesos are equally accepted with most restaurants accepting credit cards as well. I hope this review is helpful and the property owner, Theresa as well as the property manager Liz are an absolute delight!

Great place!
This is a great property. We really enjoyed our stay. There are a number of fantastic restaurants just outside the complex. Prices very reasonable. The unit itself is clean and nice. The complex is relaxing and quiet. Theresa was great to deal with. The on site property manager (Liz) was also fantastic. Very smoooth transaction, no issues at all.
Only minor issue - some of the bars are quite noisy at night time - but this was not a major problem.

Great Vacation
The condo is exactly as described. We were met at the airport by Alex, he was great! A very friendly driver who took us to the condo where we were greeted by Liz, one of the most attentive managers we have ever dealt with, she is amazing!! Everything you need is within walking distance, we ate at Cat’s Corner, right across the street, and the Asian place down the beach. Having Bam Market across the parking lot was great, we were in there every day,
We did not need the a/c, there is a constant breeze, with all of the windows and doors open, it remains very comfortable. Liz will respond very quickly with any issues you have, one day our toilet was not flushing, she was on it immediately, turns out there was a water main break to the property. That was fixed by the end of the day, we were at the beach and not affected. Our stay could not have been better, thank you Theresa and Liz, we will definitely stay again when we return to Punta Cana.

Outstanding Getaway!
Two of my friends and I traveled to Punta Cana together for the first time. I was a little anxious at first since we didn't go the normal route of an all-inclusive resort. Needless to say by the end of the trip that anxiety was put to rest.
Theresa and Liz, the property manager, were extremely helpful, both willing to answer questions or point you in the right direction.
The condo was very nice and up-to-date and had all the basic necessities and more. The room can get a little warm and humid, but it was livable and much better than anticipated. When there we typically left the windows and doors open that cooled the place down nicely. There was some building repairs going on during our stay and we had a few instances where the water went out, but nothing to lose sleep over. Only other thing to note is that the building is near the back of the complex closer to the restaurants so at night it can get a little loud. Irregardless of these minor things we enjoyed our stay.
The condo is centrally located to grocery stores and restaurants. Citrus, NamNam, Don Pio are great for lunch or dinner. Delia's is a great spot for breakfast. There is also a bakery across from the entrance of the complex that has amazing croissants. If you are up for a walk along the beach Balicana is a nice Asian restaurant to the left of Playa Tuquesa. It wasn't necessary to have a rental car as all of the excursions come with transport, and for all other needs you could coordinate with Alex. I also, wouldn't dream of driving there as traffic laws are more of a suggestion.
We basically spent what we would have spent for an all-inclusive package on eating out various places and excursions.
If you are looking to do any excursions I highly recommend looking into going using the El Tour Caribe travel agency. The owners Lise and Edwar live in Playa Turquesa. Additionally, Julie who works in the office is a great resource. Highly recommend to bring cash to cover excursions to avoid fees. This isn't an issue when dining out and such, as those fees are automatically included, typically 18% city tax + 10% tip. Although, the 10% tip is much of a tip if you use credit card to pay.

Nice Condo, Decent Complex
Overall, we had a nice experience at Playa Turquesa. The condo is well-maintained and cleaned. One of our surprise favorite features was the balcony hammock. Of note, the credit for AC doesn't get you far. We came in just shy of having to pay an overage fee -- and we didn't use the AC excessively. That said, the condo complex could use some updating. The chairs and cushions were worn and could use a cleaning. But, the real standout of the trip was Liz, the property manager. She was kind, helpful and patient.

Expectations met and more
My husband and I stayed at the condo along with another couple to celebrate my birthday, what an amazing time we had and the condo provides you with anything that you can possibly need, Theresa has thought of everything and the property manager Liz is the most lovely woman she is amazing and she even bought me a bottle of champagne once she found out it was my birthday. The stay here epitomizes the meaning of "Home Away".

The Perfect Home Away From Home
My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo with our 3 and 6 year old boys, and it was the perfect home away from home. Theresa did an amazing job of answering all of our questions while we planned our vacation, arranged transportation to and from the condo from the airport, provided us with priceless tips and advice, as well as having a beautiful condo with everything you need! Liz is such a wonderful person; when we arrived at 2am from 2 long days of traveling with young children she met us with open arms and was such a pleasure. She helped us with everything we needed and is the icing on the cake for this rental. The condo has lots of beach and pool toys and a beach cart, which is perfect for packing all of your items and heading to the beautiful private beach. There were numerous delicious restaurants within walking distance, just plan for a nice relaxing evening and don't be in a hurry. Edwar and Lize live in Turquesa and provide a fun full day snorkeling tour on the Caribbean Sea, which we highly recommend. Thank you Theresa for providing us the perfect place to spend an unforgettable vacation!

Can't Wait to Return
I am not sure that I can add much to what has already been said but I will give it a try. The location of the condo is perfect. It overlooks the 2 nice size salt water pools (unheated) and the complex is on a private beach. In addition, it is easy walking distance to a number of restaurants, a small supermarket, and to a wonderful fruit/smoothie stand right across the street. The condo is roomy particularly given the outside lanai area and then the penthouse area on the rooftop. It had everything we needed and more. We took full advantage of the grill on the lanai as well. We did not rent a car but used Alex when we needed to go somewhere. If you plan any excursions the companies will come and pick you up at the complex so you really don't need a car. Teresa and Liz were both great and ready to answer any questions we had. We had an a/c issue in one of the bedrooms on the day we arrived and Liz had it fixed the next day. Bottled water is available so you don't need to worry about that either. You may not appreciate this but you are on a private beach which has security and which prevents people from bothering you selling you stuff as happens on some of the other beaches. I cannot say enough good things about the condo, Bavarro Beach or the Punta Cana area in general. If you don't know any Spanish you can get by but it is helpful. One tip - the nearest ATM is about a 5 to 10 minute drive so make sure you have enough money as some places don't take credit cards and sometimes the Internet is down so they don't work. Teresa has a safe in the condo which is very helpful. This was a perfect vacation and we plan to return next year to this same unit.

Great vacation!!
Had a great vacation here. I've been in Dominican Repulic before and loved the people so I brought my family here for our vacation. Stayed in this very nice 2 bedroom condo. Clean, beautifully decorated and it had plenty of room. The manger (Liz) greeted us when we arrived and was very helpful in a time of need. I would like to thank her for a very personal and comforting experience. There are plenty of activities going on if you need excitement or lounge on the beach and catch some rays. We did both!! We went Zip lining one day and snorkeling another. (I would highly recommend you ask for Edwar and Lize). They will hook you up! I also want to thank the owned (Theresa) she had left a notebook in the condo that has maps with directions and their favorite place to eat within walking distance. We found it most helpful. I would high recommend this condo to anyone who needs a vacation! Thank you Theresa! Sincerely Don & Tamie.

A Wonderful Escape From the Cold
Our party of 3 adults stayed the week of January 17-24. Alex was magnificent...our flight was 45 minutes late getting in and he waited for us to arrive, even though he had another pick up to do. He dropped one of us off at the Pola grocery store and took the other 2 adults to the condo. Beware, everything is in Spanish in this store and very few employees speak English. Liz was wonderful in greeting the 2 adults and told them the washing machine was broke and hoping the part would arrive within the next few days and when it didn't, she offered to pick up all our dirty laundry, wash/dry and return them the same day! What service for her to offer to do this for us. The condo has everything one needs to enjoy their stay. We enjoyed grilling out and even called Liz to help us in lighting the grill...the turn on cap was on very tight! We ate at the Jellyfish Restaurant one evening and visited there 2 other afternoons for Coco Logo cocktails...delicious! This was our second visit to the Playa Turquesa Ocean Club community and we love the location and all the amenities. This area is very safe day and night. Bam Bam grocery store, back entrance, is within the parking lot and offers a small quantity of everything you need, if you run low on anything. Our only complaints, and not due to the manager or owners, are; we were limited in our use of the rooftop patio due to terrible sewer odor, which we noticed was being worked on during our stay. My other complaint was the housekeeping was not up to par. Our bathroom shower was slimy and area rugs dirty. Dust everywhere. I may be more critical than others, because I am a clean freak, but my companions had the same feeling. The staff and guards are friendly and more than willing to help you. This community has everything for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

This condo was a home away from home with the following exceptions - two pools, beautiful beach, restaurants in walking distance, and the local Dominicans. The condo is equipped with ample electronic products, every kitchen/grill essentials, and beach activity supplies. On, Christmas Eve we were provided a small decorated tree for our gifts (Liz is amazing). We dined in every restaurant that was in walking (short stroll) distance of the condo and the meals were great. All the locals new our names by day two of our stay and we just felt at home. Theresa, has binder that we referenced on a daily basis for restaurants, activities, and refreshing our Spanish. Spanish was not necessary but we made an effort to speak the native language. If, you need to satisfy a quick craving for a burger and fries try Kat Corner, it is to the left of the condo gate entrance in front of Bavaro Hostel. We are looking forward to future stays at this property.
