« The property was beautiful. Accommodations were great! We went there with another family. Ages of people ranged from 11-50. There was something for everyone to do. One of the best parts was having the full time chef. We planned to go out a couple of times to eat but after eating there a couple of times we changed our minds and never left to go out and eat! He made our trip! He was amazing! »

« The owner, Jesse, was incredibly proactive with sharing info ahead of time and responsive when the need arose. I really appreciated him!! As others have mentioned, the house caretakers Chucho and Chari are incredible. Highly recommend eating all meals at the house! « We loved every single moment and didn't want to leave. Jeremie welcomed us when we arrived, and the house was more beautiful and well cared for than the pictures depicted. Every bedroom is spacious with huge bathrooms and there is plenty of room for everyone in the group. Nikki our local host (she runs a hotel in town) was very welcoming and helpful (lent me a guitar, let us use her own private beach) and Mariano helped us get bikes ready. The owner helped me plan several things, Including a shaman to officiate the renewal of our vows on the beautiful roof top! "Soyons clair, on touche au sublime. Rien ne manque ou laisse un sentiment d'inachevé. Les chambres sont belles, le rafiné est omniprésent. L'hôtel est tres bien entretenu que ce soit au niveau de la végétation, des allées ou des espaces piscine & co. Le personnel est tres attentif sans etre invasif. Bref, c'est un must. Bien sûr le cenote privé fait son effet, un joyau unique. En résumé c'est un des plus beaux hotels que j'ai pu voir au niveau mondial - top 5 pour moi. Si je reviens sur Tulum, je ne regarderai meme pas la concurrence, il n'y en a pas et n'en aura pas. Bravo !"
