Nature retreat - Dual suite layout each with Cal King. Pet friendly

Close to some of West Michigan's best beach towns. Yet in the woods around abundant nature.

Our property is nearly 2 acres, and adjacent to woods. We have a massive master suite which not only has it's own private full bathroom, but also a small office space directly off of it. A smaller suite also has a bathroom directly off of it which also has a second door to the hall. This bathroom has a full size tub and dual sinks. The third room has 4 single beds (2 sets of bunks). Making the total sleeping space 8 people.

This is a great location for hikers, and the various other activities available in the Allegan State game area, which at is closest is only a couple miles away. Snowmobiling, cross country skiing, birdwatching, hunting, fishing, and so much more. Speaking of fishing, there is also a 100 acre lake just up the road which is great for fishing. There is a small public boat launch. But no beach or peir to fish from. So if you want to get on the water you will need to bring your own boat or kayaks. Nature is all around us though, and even though I can't make any promises. It is likely you will see deer if you stay very long.

The area boast several wineries and breweries. One of which is just a short walk away. There are multiple golf courses, and multiple ski resorts within a short drive. And so many great small towns.

Pullman is a hidden gem. A very small town working hard to have more festivals and activities. South Haven has world class beaches, as does Saugatuck. Saugatuck and Douglas also have a great art scene for such a small community. Fennville and City of Allegan are lesser known than the beach towns, but also has a lot to offer. Those on longer stays might wonder a bit farther to Holland, Kalamazoo, or even Grand Rapids where the options become endless. So much is within an hour drive to such a peaceful spot with such abundant nature.

The house is also pet friendly, and and handicapped accessable. On a nice day, there is great outdoor space for Cornhole, cookouts and bon fires; or even a nap in a hammock.

We also have a little artistic twist for guests who are inclined to leave their mark on our property. We have a guest graffiti - mural wall to help us build a unique colleague from any guests willing to contribute.

We are excited to host guest, and wish to do what we can to make your stay amazing. We are a not some big corporate outfit, but our family is excited to share our little spot in the woods when we are not using it for our own retreat.
