« Wonderful property. Very comfortable and well stocked. The beds are loud when you get in but once settled, they are so comfortable. We enjoyed outlet stay and plan to return. »

« We enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a quiet getaway and this little space was great for the two of us. It was awesome to have the use of the kayaks. The only reason for the 4 stars was the issue of pet hair that we noticed on the floors. »

« This would be the second time we've stayed here. Great location near the state park. The pool has been redone and is excellent. A great place to unplug and rejuvenate yourself. »

« We had a very comfortable stay at this property. Water was too low for kayaking but the house was very roomy and comfortable. It is as the pictures depicted and the area is extremely quiet. Even though it ended up being only 3 of us staying the house could easily sleep10 as advertised - we stayed there because of a family reunion at my sisters in Blacksburg which took about 40 minutes to get to her house. Would recommend this property to a big group as it can handle it.Thanks for the comfortable...

« We had a nice time. The home was clean. The water access was nice. The bedroom with the bunk bed did not have lightbulbs in the ceiling fixture and there were not extra bulbs in the utility closet, so we sent our youngest daughter to bed with a cell phone. Additionally, the door in the bedroom stuck since it was hot outside, so we learned quickly not to let her close the door. Overall, the place was lovely. We had a nice time. »

« My 8yr old son and I were in town for one night and needed a place to stay. Found the Blank Slate bus and jumped on it, AFTER reading all of the details. We could not have had more fun! Everything was tidy and clean. Having most of our camping supplies, we were over prepared. Once we got settled in for the night, it was all we needed. Waking up in a forest but only a few miles from civilization was a plus.Could not recommend more! It was lovely. »
