Villa Sandalia is a bright two-story villa situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Sandalia you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery. Villa Sandalia is 170 square meters (1830 square feet). It features a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 10 km (6.2 miles) from Pula, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.7 km (roughly 1.05 mile), a grocery store at 8.7 km (roughly 5.4 miles) , the bus stop at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) and the closest beach (Is Morus beach) at roughly 550 meters (605 yards).
You will reach Villa Sandalia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To make the most of your stay at Villa Sandalia, we recommend having a car (or you may consider using private drivers). You will be able to park your car free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to four cars. Patio
The patio is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch and by awnings. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs and with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the garden.

The garden is 2500 square meters (27000 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. The garden is equipped with wood benches, as well as with an external shower. Here you will also find a barbecue.

The furnishings of the living room are bright and agreeable, featuring suspended chandeliers, and include two sofas and armchairs. There is a nice fireplace, for decorative purposes only. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through three French doors. The room has three glass walls, as well as a large panoramic window.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room.
Laundry room
