Wahi Marie by Tiny Away is a tranquil retreat tucked away in Puketitiri, New Zealand. Surrounded by native bushland and lush greenery, our tiny homes invites you to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with nature.



If you're looking to explore beyond your tiny house getaway, you'll find a range of natural attractions nearby, including Mangatutu Hot Springs, Kaweka Forest Park, Bell Rock Walkway Reserve, Balls Clearing Scenic Reserve, William Hartree Memorial Reserve, and Mohaka River Rafting.



A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.



IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we have three holiday homes,"Wahi Marie 1, Wahi Marie 2, and Wahi Marie 3," available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.



Guest Access:

Guests can access our tiny homes and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence.

Puketitiri offers a blend of natural attractions and outdoor adventures, from relaxing in the peaceful Mangatutu Hot Springs to exploring the rugged landscapes of Kaweka Forest Park. Nearby highlights include Bell Rock Walkway, Balls Clearing Scenic Reserve, and the William Hartree Memorial Reserve, while the Mohaka River is perfect for rafting enthusiasts.



For dining, head to Taradale and Ahuriri in Napier, where you'll find local favorites such as Sri Thai, Water Bar, and Milk & Honey. The area also offers scenic fishing spots, the Puketitiri Hot Pool, and walking trails for those looking to immerse themselves in nature.

- No pets are allowed on the property.

- No smoking inside, except in designated areas.

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.

- Children are welcome under close adult supervision.

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.



Important note:



- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban.

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
