« This place is amazing! A 2 night stay last weekend and surrounded by luxury. It’s a brand new hotel and all the fittings innovative and stunning. Loads of hot water, and towels! Washing machine and dryer if needed. All the channels with multi choices to watch. Comfortable King bed, on a busy road but only muffled traffic sounds. Reception and room staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Great price too, for such luxury. Thanks everyone, we will be back ‼️ »

« Was in Papamoa to help son do work around house in prep to sell . So needed a bed that was comfortable. It was very comfy. However the batteries in both tv and heatpump remotes were dead. And there was no mention of 2 story steps that had to be climbed in the dark hours, As ive not long had 2 knee replacements. Was not what i wanted to see at 12.00 at night . But was beautiful and clean. Warm once we got batteries for heater »

« Excellent location , across from the beach , you are in a bit of a fish bowl with all passer buy's . Well furnished , quality knives that could actually cut something . The only slight complaint was the shower , very small , felt like I was on a cruise ship . It did not math the quality of the rest of the place . »

« Was just what we needed, plenty of space, comfy bed, cosy living room, clean, quiet, safe. We had very quick & friendly communication with the owner, but we were in and out so much we never got to meet up. She was very kind and put on some lights and the heater for our late night arrival. « Absolutely loved our stay. Was the perfect location for those with young kids. Loved the quirk to this accomadation. A little cold in the mornings so definitely a summer accomadation but we will definitely be back. »

« This is a fantastic property on an awesome piece of real estate. not quite snow on the beach but it was raining hard and very very windy when we arrived. We knew it was winter in New Zealand and that we had a beach property so not unexpected.
