In this centrally located apartment, every suite is unique with a flair of combined Mexican, African & Canadian artistry or touch. The furnishings, appliances, cutlery, dishes, beds, linens and decor in all our suites have been purchased in early 2020 as totally new. Our suites are located in a quaint Mexican fishing village. So at times, expect the noise of children in the streets, Mexican music, and even roosters. But do try and savor/enjoy our unique culture here in Punta De Mita.

REMOTE WORKING - If you want to remote work on your laptop, tablet or cell, this is a great place for internet connectivity. The building has fiber optic 5G internet installed with speeds over 300MBPS. WIFI signals are very strong throughout with extenders on each floor, including the palapa -- where you can work or zoom while taking in the views of the Bay of Banderas. Our PH Azteca Montana Suite has a direct internet connection and the smart TV has cable channels. The common areas for guest uses on floor 2, floor 3 (BBQ/Bar/Cooking/Feasting area) and our palapa on the roof, all have direct internet connections for remote workers to plug in their laptops, relax and enjoy our amenities while working online.
