Modern pool villa in the city, perfect for families and groups

Villa Bella is ideal for families and groups, you will be close to everything at this villa, just a few minutes drive from the airport. Walking distance to local sari sari stores and a few restaurants, and a short drive to the city center, malls, beaches, shops, more restaurants, nightlife, etc. Free parking is available at the villa.
We can organise airport transfers, tours and day trips to Underground river, Honda bay, city tours, zip lining, and much more. We are a short drive from the airport and travel to El Nido, Port Barton and other locations can be arranged.

The space
A modern open plan villa with swimming pool and ample in and outdoor space. At least 2 cars can be parked in the parking area plus additional space outside if required. We also own the gated area next door, so you are also welcome to park here.
Starting outside, there's the pool and garden, plus a large gazebo for fun get togethers, with its own cooking area and BBQ overlooking the pool. Around the back there's a double shower area and toilet.
There's a covered terrace at the front of the villa leading into a spacious kitchen, dining and living area. An extra multi-use room downstairs can be used as a bedroom, reception room, kids play room etc.
Up stairs there are 3 bedrooms with air-con and 3 shower rooms.

Bedroom 1 (master) This air-con room has a big king size bed with an additional double bed available if required. Patio doors lead onto a balcony overlooking the pool. A walk through wardrobe area leading to an en-suite shower room. Ideal for a couple or family with the extra bed.

Bedroom 2: A double air-con room with another pull out double bed if required and plenty of wardrobe space. Ideal for a couple or family with the extra bed. A shower room is just outside the bedroom door.

Bedroom 3: A large room with air-con, consisting of a double bed, plus 2 sets of double bunk beds and en-suite shower room. 2 sets of patio doors lead to the balcony over looking the pool. This room can easily accommodate a family or group of at least 6 people.

Bedroom 4: Downstairs bedroom available by request, ideal for those who have difficulty going upstairs. This is a fan room.

Guest access
The whole villa will be exclusively yours to enjoy during your stay.

Other things to note
No pets allowed, no smoking indoors. Children cannot be left alone. Adult supervision is required at all times, especially in and around the swimming pool and on the balcony for safety reasons.
