Guests will have the Owner Representative bracelet which will grant full access to all of the resort, including premier restaurants and attractions. FREE Transportation is provided from either Puerto Plata (POP) or Santiago (STI) airports to the Lifestyles Resort Check-in reception area. FREE transportation is also included for your return home.

FEES/COST:
Villa Rental: $400 per night and entire Villa fee is paid at time of booking.

*The all inclusive fee is a mandatory separate fee and paid directly to the property owner at least one month before arrival.*

If booking is LESS than one month from reservation date, then ALL fees, Villa and VIP All-Inclusive, are paid immediately at booking. Bookings must be made at least two weeks before the reservation date.

Mandatory All-Inclusive Fees (paid directly to the owner):
Adults are $180 per person per day.
Children ages 4-12 are $90 per person per day.
Children 3 and under are free. 

Refund Policy for the VIP All-Inclusive Owner Representative Amenities-
100% refundable if cancellation date is more than 14 days from reservation date.
0% refundable if cancellation date is 14 days or less from reservation date.

PLEASE NOTE - If the owner is vacationing at the same time as the reservation date then you MAY be put into a different home that is comparable to the home listed. All VIP amenities stay the same.
