« Condo was beautiful and well maintained. The Bunk room was perfect for our group to put the kids together. Stephanie was great to work with, very quick to respond and helpful when reception had one less wristband needed for our group. She helped to get it sorted out quickly. She was also wonderful to work with when we had problems without original trip dates and help to get our reservations rescheduled. Very grateful for her help and flexibility. « We had an absolutely amazing time at Encantame Towers! The place is practically brand new, and everything about the property feels modern and luxurious. Our unit was on the 4th floor, which made it super convenient to access all the great amenities without waiting on elevators all day.Our host, Haydee, was fantastic — extremely responsive and made sure our stay went perfectly.
