The Space:

Welcome to Tessoro 204, a beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront condo designed to provide comfort, relaxation, and incredible views throughout your stay. With spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, this condo offers the perfect setting for a memorable Rocky Point getaway.



The condo features two private terraces, each offering a completely different perspective of the surrounding landscape. The main west-facing terrace is the perfect place to relax and take in the views throughout the day, with spectacular sunsets in the evening and beautiful nighttime views of the city in the distance. This terrace also features a private hot tub, making it an ideal spot to unwind while enjoying the ocean breeze and incredible scenery.



The east-facing terrace offers expansive views of the beautiful Estuary and surrounding natural landscape. With two terraces facing opposite directions, you can easily find sun or shade at virtually any time of day, whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee, relaxing in the afternoon, or watching the sunset.



Inside, the spacious master suite features a comfortable King bed and an amazing jetted tub, creating a private retreat where you can relax after a day at the beach. The condo is equipped with Smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room, so everyone can enjoy their favorite entertainment. High-quality, ice-cold air conditioning throughout the condo keeps the entire space comfortable, even during the warmest Rocky Point days.



The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, while the condo’s reverse osmosis drinking-water system provides clean, filtered water right from the tap.

Getting Around:

Its about a 10 minute drive to downtown for shopping and restaurants. You can drive or take taxis.



Other Things to Note:

The condo laundry room is available for stays of four nights or more. For stays of less than four nights, guests can get laundry done by the staff for a fee
