Nestled on Sandy Beach and just steps away from the breathtaking Sea of Cortez, our luxurious and modernly designed condo offers mesmerizing views of one of Puerto Penasco's most exquisite beaches. Embark on a short one-hour drive south of the border and prepare to be captivated by the allure of this fully furnished and newly remodeled haven.

Our condo is in Building E. It's the closest building to the Ocean. You'll be right on the beach, with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. The pool and beach photos are the real deal -- they show the breathtaking views you'll experience during your stay. And guess what? Our condo just had a complete remodel. We've maintained the Princesa Resort's rustic charm while adding modern conveniences for your enjoyment. We've upgraded everything! Free high-speed WiFi, USB charging ports in every room, HD smart TVs that allow you to access your own streaming accounts, including Amazon Prime, Netflix, and DirecTV and even keyless entry!

Additional accommodations include bedding, linens, bath towels, and beach towels. We also have a pack-n-play and high chair available upon request. Be sure to bring your favorite K-Cups or favorite ground coffee to make the most of our Keurig K-Duo Plus coffee maker! Our kitchen's all set up with silverware, dishware, cookware, and the basic cooking tools you’ll need, plus some dish cleaning goodies to keep things tidy. Don't feel like cooking? Colins Cantina is located in the resort and offers delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at very reasonable prices. There is also a small convenience store located in the resort.

The condo is located on the ground floor, featuring a private patio just steps away from the heated pool and children's pool. Unwind on the comfortable patio sofa and chairs, or enjoy a meal on the patio high-top table. Plus, you’ll find a private propane grill on the patio for your grilling convenience. The Master Bedroom has a King-sized bed and a private bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. The Pineapple Bedroom is furnished with a cozy Queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with HD smart TVs, allowing you to log in to your own streaming accounts, including Amazon Prime, Netflix, and DirecTV.

The resort's courtyard has three pools (1 Heated) and three shallow kiddie pools, a jacuzzi, barbecue grills, a fitness center, a volleyball court, and several palapas with beach chairs to relax in and enjoy the beach.
