We arrived Friday and checked in about 30 minutes early. The office process was smooth, but when we got to the gate, security wouldn’t let us in because we weren’t on the guest list—even though I had provided the info. We had to drive 3.5 miles back to the office, losing check-in time. Staff apologized, fixed it, and extended checkout by 1.5 hours, which we appreciated.Once inside, we ran into several issues: no batteries in any remotes (we bought our own), weak shower pressure, loose terrace door handle, very loud sliding doors, missing light bulbs, poor exterior lighting (safety concern), and a fridge that didn’t keep food cold (freezer worked better).We reported these maintenance issues on day 2 and were told someone would come within an hour, but no one ever showed.WiFi wasn’t provided until day 2. The office told us to ask security, but they had no info and had to figure it out, which was awkward and held up the line. The WiFi itself was unreliable and couldn’t support streaming.We also never received garage access, despite it being listed as an amenity.Positives: beautiful views, sleeps 10 comfortably, well-stocked kitchen, towels provided, and great location near the pool and beach.
