Casa Alexiu is a brand new, top floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium with over 1300sq ft of living space, a panoramic private oceanview terrace and a very short walk down to a pristine and private beach. This lovely condominium can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adult guests and one infant/toddler or an additional 2-3 small children may be also accommodated for a more cozy stay. Also, a private 2 car garage comes with the condo and is available for your use!

All rooms are fully furnished with everything you may need for a comfortable and relaxed stay. Bedroom and living room smart TVs are wall mounted with multiple viewing options utilizing Roku streaming services so you can watch your favorite movies and shows. High speed fiberoptic WiFi internet is provided to ensure all connections are stable and fast. The condominium is equipped with smart door locks and thermostat to make it easier to manage entry/exit as well as temperature control. An RO system is installed providing clean drinking water out of an independent sink mounted faucet as well as ice from the refrigerator dispenser. An on demand water heater is installed to ensure warm water for everyone. The condo has cold AC serviced and charged on the regular as well as ceiling fans throughout. A washer, dryer, beach toys as well as baby high chair and play pen are available!

The living room is furnished with a modern couch that opens into a full size sleeper sofa and dark wood TV, coffee and side tables. In the kitchen and island area, you have granite counter tops with flat panel wood cabinets and all brand new appliances. Counter top appliances include a blender, toaster, hot water kettle, french press and coffee maker. There are plenty of dishes, pans, pots, glasses and bowls in the cabinets and the drawers are filled with all the serving utensils and silverware that you may need. Bar area has beautiful leather stools making the area perfect for evening socializing or a morning breakfast bar spread.

Both guest and master bedrooms have large comfy king size beds with a full bed spread from duvets to sheets and pillows. Both rooms have beautiful leather headboards and dark wood side tables/bed frames. Each room is equipped with two bed side table lights as well as an alarm clock with usb ports and Bluetooth capability. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the ocean as well as direct access to the terrace! Both rooms have large closets for all storage needs.

Both bathrooms are beautifully equipped with granite countertops, walk in showers, soap and lotion dispensers. Provided for you is a full set of towels, Tommy Bahama hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion as well as other basic toiletries!
