There is a lot of natural light that comes in from the patio slider and UVA-filtered custom drapes shade the room yet lets light in. There are many lamps for reading and new, no-heat LED recessed ceiling lights. Custom made front screen door was installed to allow cross-flow of air and light to come in to cool the condo and a new, more powerful air-conditioning unit was recently installed for those hot summer months.

The living room has a beautiful blend of new furniture from the USA as well as custom furniture from Mexico to provide comfort, relaxation, and ample seating, such as 2 leather sofas. There is a ceiling fan and LED rope lights around the ceiling dome for the perfect glow in the evenings. The colorful dining room has seating for 6, a buffet table, and a chandelier with a dimmer. A large birdcage with 2 ceramic parrots (meet Pirata and Lucas) and colorful wall plates from around the world complete the room. It makes for a very colorful and cozy atmosphere.
This very large and well-stocked kitchen offers everything a chef could want. It has a ceramic top cook stove, large oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, Air Fryer, microwave, fridge w/ice maker hooked up to the purified water system, granite counters, breakfast bar w/ bar stools, with many small appliances: toaster, Keurig coffee machine. coffee maker, blender. Extra cutting boards/sharp knives, dishes for 12, dozens of wine glasses and blown glass margaritas glasses, plus lots of pots and pans make it an excellent kitchen for entertaining. A new water purification system was installed with a separate faucet for drinking water and a free-standing water cooler holds 5 gallons of purified water.

The outside patio is in a perfect setting with lush landscaping all around for privacy. It boasts amazing sunsets from the patio and the water can still be seen even from the first floor. This is one of the largest outdoor patios for a 2 bedroom condo at Bella Sirena. There is a covered patio area with an outdoor ceiling fan, a large patio sofa, a coffee table, 2 comfy chaise lounge chairs to enjoy a morning coffee and a patio table that seats 4 under the shade of an umbrella. This patio is fully enclosed, very private, and has a quiet setting, perfect for entertaining or relaxation with a Cuisinart cooking table outside.
