This comfortable studio flat is situated on the second floor of a building with a lift. Its open-plan layout makes the most of every space and offers everything you need for a functional stay, whether you’re travelling for leisure or on business.

The sleeping area features two single beds with bedside tables and storage space. Adjacent to this is the living room, equipped with a sofa bed that increases the capacity to three guests and a Smart TV for relaxing. The dining table is perfect for sharing meals or can be used as a workspace.

The kitchen, integrated into the main living area, is fully equipped for preparing breakfasts and meals in comfort. The separate bathroom has a shower and all the essentials for daily use.

On the top floor of the building is a spacious communal roof terrace, ideal for enjoying Fuerteventura’s climate and the unobstructed views towards Puerto del Rosario and the coast. Its location on Calle León y Castillo provides easy access to the town’s shops, restaurants and amenities, as well as good transport links for exploring other parts of the island.
