« The room was comfortable and roomy. It had a separate living room, door to the bedroom, an electronic system to indicate if housekeeping was needed (first time I’ve seen this and it was so helpful), a refrigerator with small freezer. The restaurant and bar were very convenient. The indoor was a wonderful way to relax after a busy day. »

« Beware there are other hotels much better to choose from!!!! NOT up to Marriott standards. This is such a poorly managed hotel. Have been coming to Williamsburg 28 years. Everyday breakfast items out (different times) , not being refilled, No coffee. Check in rude, sarcastic and condescending, could not wait for shift to end. Furniture damaged, TV stopped working. Stayed 4 nights and housekeeping came in once. »
