The Kitchen and Dining room has seating for 8, 6 at the table and 2 at the island bar. Equipped with all the standard appliances, as well as a microwave and dishwasher, this kitchen awaits your culinary skills. Or, if it's been that kind of day, you could just warm up something in the microwave. We are also equipped with all the silverware, utensils, pots, pans, bowls and anything else you may need, including, full size and K-cup coffee makers.
Both the primary bedroom and the guest bedroom have comfy, cozy king beds and 40" smart TV's. In the bunkroom, you can fit 6 with ease. It is furnished with 2 twin over full bunkbeds. All bedrooms have dressers and closets for your personal items. The closet in the guest bedroom has been converted to personal storage and is not available to guests.
The primary bath has a walk-in shower, while the guest bathroom has a bathtub and shower. Both bathrooms are large and have linen closets filled with towels and hair dryers for use during your stay.
The home also has a large laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for your conveience. The laundry room leads directly to the attached 2-car garage that is also included for your use.
Outside you will find a very large covered porch in the front with chairs and a bench swing to take in the sights and sounds of the neighborhood. The backyard is completely fenced making it safe for children, pets, and anyone who likes to wander away. Step out the sliding glass door to find a large deck, patio cover and patio table with chairs for 6 awaiting you. Just off the deck is a fire pit for making those unforgettable memories.
