« This location is extremely clean. It is a perfect quiet neighborhood. It has great privacy for each person/couple. Three levels makes it very nice. Kitchen is very well stocked. « This is an older home, but the kitchen and bathrooms have all been modernized. It was extremely clean. It was a great location close to the highway and BYU and had plants of parking. The plastic covers on the mattresses were a little uncomfortable, but we enjoyed our stay. »

« We came to Spanish Fork for a quick weekend visit with family. This place fit the bill as a nice place to stay, convenient to town and amenities. Everything was as described, big bedrooms. We had one issue (our operator error) come up, and the owner was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend! »

« Home was quaint and cozy, but needs some work. Home smelled good, WiFi was adequate and appreciate the small added touches. Host was quick to respond. Needs longer shower curtain downstairs and shelves in closet should not block bathroom entrance. Upstairs bathroom needs a longer and wider shower curtain. Toilet roll holder and shower handle needs tightened. Biggest issue was the cockroach infestation and spider/webs. »

« This rental worked out great for us. The mini fridge was a little too small for what we needed and froze everything we put in it, but other than that, the hosts were great. It's a really cute and clean rental, and it worked out great for us! »

« Teresa is an "above and beyond" Host. This made the stay really relaxing. The property is immaculate, full of everything you could ever need (really), and has an amazing view and an outdoor patio/porch to enjoy the views. Property was an easy 18 min to Sundance for Zip Line rides and MTB riding. There is a trail network that goes everywhere, literally, 2 blocks from the property. I rode my bike on this paved network all the way to Deer Creek Reservoir. I will be staying with Teresa again....

« We visited Provo for a family function. This house was a great stay for our group. Three bedrooms were perfect, and the beds are cozy. The check in was seamless and the amenities are plentiful. The location was near family and the location for our special function. The location is also near shopping and restaurants. Super convenient. »

« We stayed here for a work conference and it was perfect for our needs. We had 5 people and had our own rooms and a nice gathering area. We were close to restaurants & entertainment. It has everything we needed- we didn’t use the kitchen other than the refrigerator. I would definitely recommend this place for families, etc. »
