Description:
Situated above above Pop+Dutch overlooking bustling Commercial Street, The Perch is a charming and newly updated one-bedroom condo, who’s sweeping views of Commercial Street provide endless entertainment and people watching. Located in the center of all the hustle and bustle, the Perch is situated directly above Pop + Dutch Sandwich shop which is one of the great 19th-Century storefronts in P-Town, and because of its quintessential outer cape charm, its facade has been painted and photographed by artists and tourists alike. Ideally located in the west end, The Perch is within close proximity to everything P-Town has to offer. With Monkey Bar and Monument Barber right next door, Muscle Beach and Liz’s CafĂ© just a minute up Conant Street, Tea Dance (The Boatslip) just 400 ft out your door, Joe’s Coffee just beyond that, and Spiritus pizza just a little beyond that. The Perch also comes with parking for one car. Enjoy the ease of pulling into your own designated (non-tandem) parking space where you can either hang up your keys for the week and forget about getting behind the wheel, or, enjoy the luxury of having full access to your car if and when you should need it.

The Perch is a 415 foot recently updated one bedroom condo with eight expansive windows allowing for an abundance of natural light throughout the day. Each window is equipped with top-down bottom up black out cellular shades for when you just need a couple more minutes of sleep. There are two Mitsubishi mini splits for personal temperature controlled AC and heat. The bedroom is equipped with a queen size mattress and 48" flatscreen TV for cozy nights and movies in bed. The main living space has a queen size West Elm sleeper sofa with a Tempur-Pedic mattress and a 32" flatscreen. There is a galley kitchen that has an electric stove with 4 cook top burners and a Bloomberg Refrigerator. The Perch is equipped with all the basic cooking essentials one would need on their vacation, free wifi, rain umbrellas, and all the beach necessities. The Perch provides linens, bath towels, and all out bath products are free of paraben, gluten, and cruelty to animals and are vegan friendly. There is also on-site laundry machines that guests can operate through the easy to use CSCPay Mobile app. *please note the Perch is located directly above a busy sandwich shop*

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful 4 day stay in this adorable apartment that is just a short walk to downtown Commercial Street. Amazing Place

This was place was amazing!!! What a beautiful place in a beautiful spot!! Isaac went above and beyond for anything we asked of him. I had responses back in a matter of minutes when I had a couple questions. It is fully stocked with all that you need!!! It is in a perfect spot! I would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!! A wonderful getaway

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend in February. Everything was perfect at the property. Spotless and homey. Communication with the host was easy and lovely. And the location was exactly what we were looking for - quiet, but close to everything. And PTown is great in the winter! We had wonderful meals, took long walks, went to museums, spent hours in the fabulous galleries and even saw a show! Five Stars!

Perfect Ptown Condo

We stayed at the Perch for Holly Folly weekend. Super clean, beautiful nautical decor, nice towels, comfy bedding, unbelievable location close to everything downtown, and welcoming and cheerful communication with the host, Issac. Hope to stay again on our next trip to Ptown.

Fantastic location and property!

The Perch is our new favorite spot! A truly warm and inviting space is only topped by the exceptional host! Isaac was incredibly welcoming and communicative before our stay! I never leave reviews but for this exceptional experience I had to! It’s also the perfect west end location of peace and quiet but perfect walking distance to Joe’s for morning coffee. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Location, location, location!

My husband and I used to rent a place that was an 18-minute journey down to the sights and lights of Commercial St., and I can confidently say we will never do that again. Nothing compares to being able to pop downstairs and be feet from Joon Bar or the Boatslip, and minutes from Sal's or the A-House. Worried about noise? Don't be. Commercial St. abruptly transitions from a bustling thoroughfare to a quiet suburban lane about 50 feet before you hit this rental spot. Nights were quiet and we even slept with the windows open sometimes. The condo itself is modern and airy, with a traditional P-Town nautical/beach theme and luxurious new appliances and bathroom fixtures. It is a cozy place, but it doesn't feel cramped. Laundry in the unit is my only wish, but there is a shared laundry room out in the parking lot. It was a great stay, and we'll be back!

Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at the Perch! Everything was lovely -- from the ease of booking and communication with the owner, Isaac, to the painless check-in (the hand-written welcome note and biscotti were such a thoughtful touch), to the beautifully decorated space, it was all exactly as described. Couldn't have enjoyed the outdoor deck and view of the bay more. 10/10 would recommend!

The Perfect Perch - Carnival Week 2022

My husband and I just returned from a fabulous stay at The Perch. It was the first time we stayed in town. When booking I had concerns about the noise that comes with being on Commercial Street, especially during Carnival Week. I worried for nothing. The condo was surprising quiet when the windows are closed and the air is on. When we wanted to see and hear move the action we simply opened the windows. The windows that overlook Commercial Street gives the best view to all the action and contributes to making this condo light and airy! The location cannot be beat!! It is located just past the Boatslip in the west end. Close enough to walk almost everywhere. We had a dedicated parking spot that come with the unit. Once we purchased some food at the local supermarket we parked the car and did not move it all week. That was a perk my husband loved!! Now let’s talk amenities. The host of this property left nothing to chance, from the plush towels to the beach chairs and umbrella, to the high-quality bath products. The kitchen had every kind of plate, silverware, glasses, etc. that anyone could ask for. The coffee station was well appointed with a Keurig, tea kettle, coffee and tea. We spent almost every morning and evening enjoying the shared deck and beach just steps away from our door. I really can’t say enough great things about the property and Isaac, our host. He did a great job describing the property, supplying information and of course keeping the unit beautiful!! Thank you, Isaac. We can’t wait to return.

The Perch was the perfect space to enjoy a trip to Provincetown! The space was newly renovated, clean, and designed beautifully - it was clear that the owner put a lot of care and thought into the space. The unit was stocked with everything you could need from beach chairs, to umbrellas, to kitchen items, and easily the softest linens/towels I’ve found in a rental property. The space is located right in the heart of town so you’re a short walk away from all the action. It overlooks Commercial Street so it can be busy at times but we didn’t have any issues with noise. It was actually really nice to be so close to everything - and the view is great for people watching! All in all - I have zero complaints. I would definitely recommend this space and look forward to staying here again.
