« Superbe grand appartement, propre, confortable, bien équipé avec une grande terrasse à l'arrière et proche du centre-ville. Personnel très gentil et professionnel. Je n'ai aucun point négatif. »

« Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung, der Fußweg ist etwas anstrengend aber machbar, die Anfahrt mit Bussle ist eng ( empfohlene Autolänge 4m stimmt sonst kommt man nicht auf einmal um die Kurven. Liegewiese am Strand ist sehr gepflegt, schöner Ort. Gerne wieder einmal »

« L'appartement comme décrit ne réserve aucune mauvaise surprise. D'emblée, on s'y sent bien. Les lieux sont chaleureux et authentiques. L'espace extérieur est vraiment un plus mais pensez à vous munir de répulsif et crème apaisante pour les moustiques (bien normal avec la proximité du lac). La location est très bien située et permet de nombreuses découvertes. Baveno est une petite ville animée sans être trop bruyante. »

« Appartement moderne, vaste et confortable très bien équipé , vue sur le lac Majeur extraordinaire .Accès au lac (possibilité de baignade) en moins de 10 minutes à pied.Petite épicerie juste à côté bien précieuse. Point de départ de sentiers de randonnées très agréables !Petits bémols, il faut faire bouillir l'eau avant de la consommer et on peut être réveillé aux aurores par les nombreuses cloches des églises du quartier !Au global, on recommande vivement cette location. »

« Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gepflegt und sauber. Einzig am Kinderzimmer erfreute unseren Sohn nicht, da es über einige Stufen leicht vertieft liegt und sich auf der Innenseite des Hauses befindet, bzw. das Fenster auf den Flur hat. »

« Beautiful roof top apartment with spacious terrace and gorgeous view of lake Maggiore. Parking was available on the street by the entrance to the building. There is no AC and it was hot in August, however we enjoyed our stay very much. Walkable distance to the ferry and the center. Highly recommended! »

« also Wer nicht auf Luxus steht findet hier ein kleines nettes Objekt. ich habe mit meinem Ford Mondeo 20 Minuten gebraucht um in die Straße zu kommen ( Breite )… Im Bad geht die Türe nicht ganz auf und es hängt eine Klimaanlage an der Wand die wir nicht zum laufen bekommen haben. DAn sich wer was günstiges zum Pbernachten sucht und n kleines Auto hat kann hier einen Schnapper machen! »

« Whilst the location was good, and the views very nice from the balcony the property itself was very average. When we arrived we found there was no working oven (not told about in advance), the kitchen light was also broken, we were told this would be fixed, an electrician came but was not fixed and exposed wires left (hard to use the kitchen in the dark). Further to this there was a point when we had no running water, though apparently known to the owners this was not communicated to us and left...

« For us the location was great! Baveno is a small, quaint village that doesn't feel touristy even though it has all the great perks that a visitor would want (great restaurants, a beautiful promenade, access to the ferry, great bakery, butcher shop, grocery store, etc.). We had a car so it was easy to reach all the sightseeing locations around Lake Maggiore and when we came back to the property at the end of the day, we were in awe of the view we had of the lake and town.
