« Second time I have stayed here and always for more than 2 weeks ,location is perfect being at the shopping centre . The room is perfect , good bathroom , good bed , AC and TV all good , Gym and pool both very good . The staff are the best . My only issue is that the hotel shares the access ramp with the shopping centre car park and on the weekend it can take 20 minutes just to get up and down the access ramp . and my driver has to pay just to drop and pick me up , the hotel really needs its...

« Great stay for a few nights. The property and the rooms are a bit old looking but overall nice enough for what we needed. We had to ask several times for hand soap because there wasn't any in our room, but they got us some eventually. The hotel breakfast is amazing, so many options for a buffet. I was really impressed. The restaurant was very good too. »

« Nice business hotel, well maintained, very good rooms, not noisy, restaurant good but expensive for Pontianak, very good breakfast. However : no masssage facilities except in room, not really comgortable, and then the therapist swiches on the TV to wathch her favorite soap opera. Very poor service from her, to avoid certainly. Location is fine if you have to go to UNTAN, otherwise it is a little bit far from city center. Not really far and traffic jams are not comparable to Jakarta's ones ! »

« Super séjour dans cet hôtel que je considère comme le meilleur du Kalimantan. Quasiment fini d'être rénové, les chambres sont grandes et très confortables. Il y a même TV5MONDE, une première en Indonésie. Le service est top. le personnel très sympa. L'hôtel offre même chaque matin à 5h30 une excursion gratuite en bateau pour le marché flottant de Lok Balintan. »
