« Great price, great room »

« It was listed as premier room with partial sea view. But room was not at all fully equiped, there was no kettle, 1 or 2 glasses, 1/2 plates, It’s supposed to be an apartment with stove and utensils but NOt. There was no towels The fridge was not working cooling properly. Bed sheets were left in the washer. However, those were provided the next day after asking. « Not the room was booked, got transfer to another place and was nasty dirty and bad smell . »

« Staff very helpful. Room was good value although they needed to upgrade the kitchen utensils and supply a cutting board. »

« The door’s lock is broken. Poor communication and this is just studio. We asked about the broken lock and they ignore the issue. We ended up renting another hotel room to stay overnight, come back to this property to return their key in the next day »

« Wir hatten es zwar gebucht. Doch der Besitzer hat uns kurzfristig in ein anderes Gebäude CSJ Tower geschickt, weil angeblich was mit dem Apartment nicht in Ordnung war. Ich vermute eine Dreiste Masche dahinter. Mussten dann uns selber um eine neue Unterkunft kümmern. Bis heute hat Hotels.com die versprochene Differenz nicht auszugleichen. Ein No-go für mich  »
